The Pushing Steel Bag is widely used in the marble and stone quarrying industry, specially for stripping blocks from the mountain.

The revolutionary aspect of the Pushing steel bag / HYDRO-BAG equipment lies basically in the possibility of stripping blocks up to 1000 tons or more, without the need to prepare slots to house the jacks since the HYDRO-BAG has an original thickness of just 2 mm (0.08") and can be easily slipped into the wire saw cut.

1. Electric or pneumatic pump unit to create the pressure for the cushions;

Products features:

The Pushing Air Bag is manufactured with high-tech materials and processed by special techniques, no frequent problem in split or damage reusable. The thickness of our air bags is less than 7mm which can be put into the cutting gap easily. After inflation by air compressor, the pushing power of the air bags can reach 50 tons to 450 tons according to different size of the pushing bags.



Application:

It performs primely and is suitable for blocks splitting after wire saw cutting in quarry. Polymer blocks pushing air bag is used to separate the marble, granite, stones(rock mass) block from the basic rock achieving a maximum opening of 45cm at the top. The air bag can separate the block (rock mass) which is having all side wire saw cut faces.

And it also can be used on stone factory for pushing stone slabs after wire saw cutting.

How to inflating the air pushing bags:

1. Connect the air compressor with the air inlet of control platform

2. Connect air bags with air supply valve on control platform

3. Open the air control valve to inflate

4. Inspect pressure gauge to control the inflating air pressure by adjusting control valve
