Sintered Stone Production Process

Premium Raw Materials -> Quality Check -> Ball Mill -> Iron Removal Through Sieving -> Spray Dry -> Stale -> 30,000 ton Press (at least above 16,000 Press is required) -> Custom Cut (Trim the edges) -> 5 Channel Horizontal Roller Dryer ( 7 Channel has higher efficiency rate) -> Glaze Spray (Ground Glaze) -> Graphical 3D Digital Printing -> Glaze to protect printed pattern -> Dry Granulation (160°C of Drying Temperature) -> Fire in a Kiln ( Fire at 1220°C, about 150 to 240 minutes ) -> Polishing Process -> Automatic Quality Control -> Automatic Packing -> Storage -> Distribute to the Market

1.  Raw Material Handling Department

1.1 Storage and homogenization of raw material

1.2 Ball Milling the materials into extremely fine powder

1.3 Iron removal through Sieving

1.4 Slurry Filtration

1.5 Spray Drying

1.6 Storage and Usage of the fine powder

2.  Assembling Department

2.1 Formed after being pressed by 30,000ton press

2.2 Surface and Thickness Quality Inspection

2.3 Use 5 Channel Horizontal Roller Dryer to dry off the tiles 

3. Glazing Department

3.1 Glaze Tile Line arrangement

3.2 Glazing via Italian branded Glazing Spray Booth

3.3 Graphical 3D Digital Printing (Tile Pattern)

3.4 Heating to dry off the glaze or ink

3.5 Dry Granulation on the surface of the tiles

3.6 According to the productive process, use glaze spray booth machine and adhesive to fix position

4. Kiln Firing Deparment

4.1 High temperature firing in a kiln (Semi Product)

4.2 Tile Loading and Unloading Machine mounted at the outlet of the kiln, to convey the tiles for storage after fired. (standby for polishing process)

5. Polishing Department

5.1 Polish and wax the surface (except for the antique finish)

5.2 Auto Quality check and dimension measure

5.3 Grade the quality accordingly

5.4 dimension below 900X1800mm or below are allocated in finished good warehouse

5.5 1200X2400mm or above are allocated into 3D Warehouse
